Now that Nick Lachey is about to be married to Vanessa Minnillo, he’s ready to part ways with his $5.9 Million Bel Air Bachelor pad.
The 4,700-sq.–ft estate has 4 bedrooms, a large pool with Jacuzzi and outdoor dining area and surrounded by 360 degree views.
You say bachelor pad? I say boutique hotel.
Lachey purchase the Bel Air pad in 2006 from Heidi Klum and Seal. However, when he got the place it hadn't been updated since its construction in 1960. Nick completely remodeled the home to what it looks like today.
A source says that Nick and Vanessa, “want to be bi-coastal and I think they want the East Coast to be their primary residence.”
His new place better be big, I mean where’s he going to store all his 98 degrees memorabilia. Well, I guess all he really needs is a cupboard.
