Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Sex Tape?

Last week Life & Style magazine published some racy photos of Nick Lachey and his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo making out in a hot tub at a private resort in Mexico. Apparently, the racy photos were actually a PG rated version of what really went down.

According to TMZ.com the couple actually started having hard core sex in the Jacuzzi. A source that saw the photos says they’re “Paris sex tape-level scandalous,” which includes several different sex positions. Someone’s been reading up on their Kama Sutra!

Hollywood power attorney Marty Singer sent a letter to all the weekly tabs warning them they'll get slapped with a major lawsuit if they publish the pictures.

What is Vanessa doing now, anyway? She doesn't work for MTV OR E.T. What does she plan to do now? HUH?? And what about him? Even if he wanted to, he wouldn't be able to revive his singing career. He wasted too much of his life in a boy band. They both have lost major credibility! And once you lose that, you have nothing. This chic is ugly as all hell with no make up on! I never realized how gross she really looks. It's amazing what make up does for some people.
