Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo Get Married

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo tied the knot today and thanks to news of J.Lo and Marc Anthony’s split, the wedding almost went unnoticed.

Nick and Vanessa said “I Do” in front of just 35 friends and family members in a romantic tropical island.

Vanessa - who wore a two-piece Monique Lhuillier ensemble - told People magazine: "For us, this is just a stepping stone to do what we ultimately want and that's to start a family together."

Speaking about the nuptials, Nick added: "Our wedding invitations were in the form of a plane ticket. We told them they were going away and the attire was 'island chic.' It was all very vague."

Nick popped the question last year after five years of dating. He of course used to be married to Jessica Simpson. Looks like he beat her down the aisle.
