Hollywood Trio Opens Restaurant

Talk about an unlikely trio--Actor-turned-restaurateur Wilmer Valderrama is joining forces with Nick Lachey and Nicky Hilton to open up a steak house in Las Vegas.

The steak house, which they plan to name The Company is set to open before Christmas at the Luxor hotel and casino.

Thrilled Valderrama says, "It's going to be really special for Vegas, a different flavor."

He tells People magazine, "There's a lot of great restaurants in Vegas, but this is exciting because it's a different branding, kind of next generation type things."

If celebs aren't jumping on the clothing line bandwagon, it’s the restaurant one they're hoping on. Doesn't acting pay the bills anymore?

The Hilton family has long standing ties to Las Vegas, started by the grandfather. He owns stock in Cesar's and Harrah's.
