Happy Birthday Nick Lachey! The singer turns 33 today and shares a bday with his hottie girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo. Nick just finished his North American tour in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Nick's definitley had a busy week, he had his concert on Tuesday, his bday at Social last night and he was even called in to judge a Snickers "Satisfaction Sing-Off" contest.

The winner Michael Beaudoin from Scarborough, Maine performed at the House of Blues in Hollywood earned him the grand prize of $25,000. His on-stage theatrics and live rendition of his entry, SUPER SNICKERS® BAR, wowed the judges, including the Birthday boy.

Lachey who is a lifelong Snickers® fan admitted,"Selecting one Snickers® superstar from three unique and original performances was not an easy job." "Who knew there are so many ways that you can sing about nougat or belt out the word peanuts against a drum, an electric guitar or even a ukulele."

Today Nick is headed to Las Vegas where him and Vanessa will continue the birthday festivities at sin city hotspot Tao on Friday. Wonder if Nick will propose to Vanessa again tonight.
