Nick has teamed up with Bayer Diabetes Care to launch a campaign, dubbed Walk in Nick's Shoes, in which four lucky sweepstakes winners will be flown to LA to partake in a stroll with Nick for a charity walk.

The teen sensation says, "It's going to be really exciting to meet the winners who will walk with other young people and their families to raise awareness and funds for juvenile diabetes. I'm lucky to have great support from my family, friends and fans."

wow this is an awesome sweepstakes to meet him but i don't have diabetes but my blood sugar was awfully high though around 180. But im better now. I hope someone who has this awful disease has a great time with the awesome NIck Jonas! :)
