Nick Hogan Continues To Complain About Jail

Nick Hogan cannot keep his mouth shut and stop complaining about being in solitary confinement. If he just stopped his whining for one minute, he would probably have a better chance of getting out of jail earlier than his expected 8 month sentence.

Nick claims to be going crazy in his little cell, and wants to be moved home for a house arrest program until he turns 18. Nick is technically too young to be placed in general population in the prison, so that's why he was put in solitary confinement in the first place.

Does Nick know anything about the way prison works? If the judge agrees to this, the second he enters gen pop, he's going to get his a** whooped! It may be mind-numbing, but at least he's safe in solitary confinement!

Well, I do agree Nick Hogan needs to quit whining and realize he is safer where he is at. John Graziano is partly responsible for his injury because he bought the beer and wasn't wearing a seatbelt. He was hanging around with Nick because Nick has a little fame and that helps getting chicks. Keep Nick in solitary.

He was incorrectly tried as an adult - because of his father's status. As for his innocent victim - a 22 yr old hanging around a 17 yr old boy, helping him get drunk, not wearing a seatbelt. Sorry the guy is paralyzed but it happened while he was contributing to the delinquency of a minor. What was he doing in the car and why didn't he leave? Peeps 22 rarely hang out with 17 yr olds because one can legally drink and one cannot. There were plenty of options for treatment in juvenile court and kids with these charges are handled as juveniles every day in this country.

He´s a murderer apart from killing, and as america has not abolished the deathpenalty, he should be on the electric chair, he knew that he would probably kill someone when driving.... he did so knowingly! I agree, hearing all the tapes of Nick talking to 'mom and dad' are possitively decusting! The whole family hasn't any morals and decency at all. It's beyond comprehension.They don't even qualify as 'parents.' More like partners in crime. I sincerely hope that Johns family magages to take them to the cleaners and forever ruin their reputations and clean out their bank accounts!
