Judge Turns Down Nick Hogan's Request

June 03, 2008

Nick Hogan is staying right where he is!

Nick claims to be going crazy in his little cell, and wants to be moved home for a house arrest program until he turns 18. Nick is technically too young to be placed in general population in the prison, so that's why he was put in solitary confinement in the first place.

He requested to be transferred from solitary confinement to house arrest, but he was denied! He'll have to spend the rest of his sentence all by his lonesome!

I live just a couple miles from the Hogans. This is all that everyone's been talking about. The bottom line is that Nick should shut the fuck up, be a man and do your time. He doesn't even realize that they did him a favor by not putting him in general population. Everyone has heard the phone calls from jail and I'd be ashamed. The entire Hogan family is trying to turn this into a money making scheme and I'm embarrassed of you all BROTHER!
