Nick Hogan To Get Transferred Into Adult Facility

Unlike most 17-year-olds, Nick Hogan probably isn't looking forward to his 18th birthday. He'll be spending it in a big boy prison!

This Sunday, Nick will be transferred from the juvvie facility he's been locked up in to an adult facility.

He'll join the rest of the inmates in a dormitory style cell. He'll be grouped with inmates who are either awaiting sentencing or have been charged with misdemeanors and small felonies.

Yeah, we're sure those inmates have a special surprise...

All that whining Nick Hogan's did, finally got him somewhere...sort of. He just got transferred out of his solitary cell like he asked for, and moved to a cell with three other juvies. And they have a TV in their room!

He's like a king now! The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office tells TMZ the transfer was made as a result of "ongoing assessments of inmate situations."

Inmate situations?!? How bad could his situation have been? Definitely not worse than John Graziano's....
Hogan Drama Continues With Lawsuit

More drama in the Nick Hogan case! Today he was ordered to stay right where he is in solitary confinement, but now we've learned that yesterday Nick filed a lawsuit against the Pinellas County Sheriff's Department. He accuses the law enforcement officials of violating his privacy by releasing recorded phone calls between Nick and both of his parents without authorization.

Those phone calls painted the entire Hogan family in a pretty bad light, so it's understandable Nick didn't want the whole...

Nick Hogan is staying right where he is!

Nick claims to be going crazy in his little cell, and wants to be moved home for a house arrest program until he turns 18. Nick is technically too young to be placed in general population in the prison, so that's why he was put in solitary confinement in the first place.

He requested to be transferred from solitary confinement to house arrest, but he was denied! He'll have to spend the rest...

Nick Hogan cannot keep his mouth shut and stop complaining about being in solitary confinement. If he just stopped his whining for one minute, he would probably have a better chance of getting out of jail earlier than his expected 8 month sentence.

Grazianos Speak Out Against Hogans

The family of John Graziano who was left paralyzed after an accident with Nick Bollea aren't too impressed with the Hogan family.

They're outraged at recent conversations the Hogans have been having that have been caught on tape. Both Ed and Debra Graziano have made statements, saying that all they are doing is planning a party, and they don't care a bit about John. They said Nick's last thought on his mind in jail is John. Nick Hogan Not Doing Well In Jail

Nick Hogan, who is currently serving 8 months in the pokey, is having a really hard time adjusting to being in an isolated jail cell. What was he expecting?

"Nick's doing really bad. He's struggling to even form a sentence," one friend said. "They have him in a cell by himself, isolated from the general population, because of threats. He didn't understand how awful jail really is until now."

We're assuming the 'he's not stable enough to be in jail' card...
