Nick Cannon Transfered to LA Hospital After Kidney Failure

After being hospitalized for what wife Mariah Carey called "mild kidney failure" yesterday in Aspen, Nick Cannon has been transferred to a hospital in Los Angeles.

Cannon Tweeted: "Currently being transfered to a hospital in LA. Thank you all for all your love, prayers and concern. You know me … I will be a'ight."

God love 'em, not even mild kidney failure can keep celebs from Tweeting.

Witnesses saw Nick and Mariah, accompanied by their eight month old twins, Moroccan and Monroe headed on a private jet from Colorado to California. A source told Us Weekly:

"Nick looked pretty frail and weak, but Mariah was helping him."

Mariah revealed that Nick's condition was stable but added that he is "in a lot of pain." Which makes it kind of mean that she would force him to take a picture together and post it Twitter.

MARIAH: Smile, baby!

NICK: It hurts to live.

Still, Nick is expected to recover quickly.

Mariah told PEOPLE: "As always, he's in good spirits considering the situation. We are hopeful that he'll be 100 percent as soon as possible. We really appreciate everybody's love and support."

Yesterday, Carey revealed that Cannon had been hospitalized, asking friends to pray for her "brave" husband:

"Please pray for Nick as he's fighting to recover from a mild kidney failure. #mybraveman (sic)"

Get well soon, Nick!
