Our Picks For Best Christmas Movies

Tis the season to watch all your favorite Christmas movies. We like to do things in seven's, so here's a list to get you in the mood!

Elf, starring the hilarious Will Farrell as Buddy the Elf, travels from the North Pole to New York City to find his birth father. This movie has so many one liners (SANTA! I know him) and how could you not love Will Farrell?

It's A Wonderful Life, starring James Stewart is sure to make even the biggest Scrooge shed some tears. It's a family classic that follows George Bailey, a guy who has lost his way, and pieces his life back together with the help of his guardian angel, Clarence, on Christmas Eve.

Love Actually is, actually, twelve different love stories rolled into one movie. Keira Knightly, Hugh Grant, and Laura Linney star in this romantic comedy that is must-see with your significant other.

A Charlie Brown Christmas is really a made for tv movie, but it's so old school that you can't help but watch it. Oh Charlie Brown!

How The Grinch Stole Christmas has two versions now: one animated, and one with Jim Carrey. You can't go wrong with either, but there's something about the original Cindy Lou Hoo that is so cute!

Home Alone is awesome because how cute was Macaulay Culkin as a kid? His crazy family that is annoyed with him leaves for the airport without him, and he's left to keep the burglars away on his own. Look what you did, you little jerk!

The Polar Expressis a newbie on the list, and it's a great adaptation Chris Van Allsburg's Caldecott Medal winning children's book of the same name.
