Natalie Portman for New Indiana Jones Film?

Rumor has it that actress Natalie Portman has been cast as the daughter of Indiana Jones in the eagerly awaited fourth movie. According to Hollywood.com, Karen Allen who played Indie’s love interest Marion Ravenwood in ‘Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Arc’ accidentally let it slip that Portman was a contender.

After a screening of ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ Allen said: "I just heard Natalie Portman was cast as Indy's daughter." However, one person in admittance said: "She (Allen) immediately changed the subject as if she knew she shouldn't have said anything."

Harrison Ford and Sean Connery are expected to reprise their roles in the new film; Jake Gyllenhaal is also rumored to be starring in the film.
