I now pronounce you man and shhhhh…
With all the attention that celebrity marriages get in the press today, it’s easy to see why a new trend in Hollywood is getting married under the radar. Celebrities are doing whatever it takes to avoid the paps on their big day.
This week, rumors broke that British Grammy winner Adele had tied the knot in secret with her fiancé and baby daddy Simon Konecki.
The initial report was published in the latest issue of Life & Style. Photos showed the “Rolling in the Deep” singer strolling the London streets wearing a brand new accessory: A wedding band.
Despite the hype, Adele has since denied the secret wedding claims tweeting simply “I’m not married.”

Rosie O’Donnell has reaped the rewards of marrying in private. Earlier this week, following the news of her also secret heart attack, the television personality announced that her and partner Michelle Rounds had become woman and woman.
“We married in private before her surgery just the two of us,” she wrote on her poem-themed blog on Monday.
Also getting hitched behind the curtain is our favorite fake stripper, Matthew McConaughey. The Magic Mike actor recently pulled the trigger with his girlfriend Camila Alves, announcing it after the fact.
Natalie Portman is well versed in the art of secret weddings too.
The Academy Award winning actress did not allow cameras into her reception with Benjamin Millepied earlier this month, keeping things personal.
Mark Zuckerberg and LeAnn Rimes also famously got married in private to their significant others Priscilla Chan and Eddie. Both couples enjoyed small, intimate affairs... So intimate, in fact, that the guests didn’t even know it was a wedding until they got there.
Getting the “I dos” in just under the gun was a very pregnant Drew Barrymore and her now husband Will Kopelman. Despite Drew’s bulging belly, the couple was able to keep the wedding news quiet, retreating to her backyard for a confidential ceremony.
Forget wedding planning… By the looks of this massive list, I think there’s a career in wedding cover-up!
