Australian actress Naomi Watts hit a big birthday milestone this weekend and she received the royal treatment from her man.

In honor of turning 40, Naomi's devoted boyfriend, actor Liev Schreiber, gifted her with a shiny new Mercedes Benz Bluetec eco-friendly luxury SUV.

It just so happens that this new model won't even hit stores for another month. Guess Liev has some pull with the folks at MB.

On top of that, he threw his pregnant ladylove a big surprise birthday bash on Saturday night for her close friends and family. They already have a 14-month-old son, Alexander, and Naomi is due sometime in December.
