Naomi Campbell is reportedly done with modeling. She’s 38 years old, so it makes sense that she’d want to throw in the towel!
She recently made a statement saying she was going to retire so she could focus on having a family with her Russian billionaire boyfriend Vladislav Doronin.
Naomi said, “It’ll be 25 years next year. In terms of fashion shows, I don’t really see myself doing every show everywhere. I’m a woman and I’d like to be a mother one day.”
According to
AskMen.com, Naomi says she’ll only work for the certain charities she supports, Fashion for Relief and Sarah Brown’s White Ribbon Alliance.
We never thought we’d hear those words uttered! Naomi has been a fixture in the fashion world for so long, that it’s like the end of an era. But we can’t blame her for wanting to quit.
It would be tough to keep up with all the young models in the high fashion world, so maybe it’s due time that she hang it up. Plus, if she’s serious about starting a family, she better get crackin’ now! Naomi’s no spring chicken!

Guess Naomi's comment was taken out of context. Her rep issued a statement saying: "She's absolutely not retiring from fashion. She loves what she does for a living and she's not planning to retire."
