Nancy Grace Booted From 'Dancing With The Stars'

She made it pretty far, but during Tuesday night's DWTS elimination show, Nancy Grace was sent home. And she went without yelling, shouting, or talking about her kids. Oh wait, nope. She talked about her kids. Two out of three ain't bad, though.

"I am so proud; I really cannot take the credit," Nancy gushed after her elimination. "It's been the whole crew at Dancing with the Stars. It's been my whole family who took care of [my] twins so that I could dance."

Grace later joked about her elimination with Jimmy Kimmel, calling it "a huge miscarriage of justice." Casey Anthony reference!

"I was robbed, that's a felony—even in California!" Grace said, laughing.

And then there were four. J.R. Martinez, Ricki Lake, Hope Solo and Rob Kardashian remain. Rob was in the bottom two along with Grace.

Grace's partner, Tristan MacManus, said he "had a blast" working with the TV personality. "We can't be disappointed to make it this far," he told Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke. "From the start, we've always said to each other, 'It's not about being the best -- it's just about doing your best.'"

That and, showing a nipple.

"I think that's what we did," MacManus continued.

On Monday, judge Len Goodman was no longer impressed with Grace's spot on the show. He called her stint a "Cinderella story", but added that it was time for her to go.

Rob Kardashian and Cheryl Burke had the crowd cheering on Monday night with their performance, while J.R. Martinez and Karina Smirnoff managed to get two perfect scores. So to be fair to Grace, she had stiff competition.

After the performances, there was the obligatory filler during the show, which including some gentle ribbing at the contestants. Highlights included pointing out the fact that Ricki Lake is old enough to be her partner, Derek Hough's, mother. From there, they show some creepy, out of context sexual innuendos between the two. Awkward.

Rob Kardashian was also a target, or, I should say, his sister was. During a video montage of his performances, they note how he's been on the show longer than his sister's been married. They also point out how his only occupation is being a Kardashian family member. Burn.

As the show wraps up, Tom Bergeron tells Nancy: “We’ve seen sides of you that regular viewers of your show might have been surprised to see."
