U2 to Perform 5 Consecutive Nights on Letterman

U2
Do you love U2? Well you fans will be psyched to hear that they’re going to be playing on David Letterman not one night, not two, but five consecutive nights! That’s a whole lot of Bono!

U2 must be desperate to get people to buy their new album No Line On The Horizon! This has never been done before in the history of Letterman, and we’re actually really surprised Dave ok’d it! You know how finicky he can be!

U2 will be rocking the Ed Sullivan Theater March 2nd through the 6th, which coincides with their 12th album release. No Line drops on March 3rd. Their first single Get On Your Boots got off to a slow start, but ever since their Grammy performance, it’s been slowly climbing up the charts.

We think this is a pretty genius idea on the part of U2. They haven’t played Letterman since 2001, so this will be huge for them to come back and play all week. Now all they need is to book Saturday Night Live that Saturday, and they’ll be money!

Regarding U2 on Letterman, why the analysis? Just give thanks we get to see it happen! Bono will certainly let us know if there is a specific forum they are communicating with us. If not, let the good times roll!
