Rumer Willis is getting a lot of attention for her deep raspy voice. So much that she's in talks to get a little music deal out of it! According to Pop Tarts at Fox News, Rumer was singing Dusty Springfield backstage at her last photo shoot, and they took notice.

Poor Rumer Willis can't catch a break. She's one of those celebrity offspring that's just...there. What does she do? No much now, but surprisingly, she wants to be a singer.
