No Doubt has just announced a summer tour for 2009! And Twilight fans will be happy to learn that they’ll be hitting the road with Paramore. No Doubt will start their tour this May. Gwen says of the decision, "The whole reason for going on this tour was to have fun, try on all our favorite songs again and to get inspired to make new music. It feels good to be all together again."
No Doubt Drummer Adrian Young added, “Now that five years have passed, the excitement level for us is extremely high. We are so fresh and ready! I feel like a kid again when rehearsing these songs.”
As for Tony Kanal, he says, "Get there early...this is going to a be a great night from the moment the lights go down.”
Paramore couldn’t be more excited about touring with Gwen and the boys. Singer Hayley Williams says, "What a dream tour! We couldn't be more excited to kick off 2009 by touring with a band like No Doubt.”
Paramore reminds us of the old-school No Doubt crew, with a lead girl singer, surrounded by a bunch of guys!
