Earlier this week Miley Cyrus was accused of copyright infringement by the band Lustra. Miley is now hitting back at the accusations because she doesn't write any of her own music.
A spokesperson for Cyrus insists, "She doesn't write the songs - she sings them. We have referred this to Disney."
