Preparations are in full swing for Michael Jackson’s memorial tomorrow. According to a press conference held on Friday, the event will include tributes to the late icon, including live performances and videos.

One of those performers is reportedly Mariah Carey! TMZ reports that Mimi will take the stage to perform the Jackson 5 classic “I’ll Be There.”

There are a few other rumors circulating regarding performers. We hear Jennifer Hudson, Diana Ross, Elizabeth Taylor and Paul McCartney are all being courted as well.

As for the broadcast of the event, The broadcast will be shown live on CNN with Anderson Cooper, Larry King and Don Lemon acting as anchors for the event.

One thing is for sure…this memorial is going to be an event to remember. Consider yourself lucky if you got a ticket in the auction!

Yeah, she shouldn't sing that because it's a real gender-specific song. Dumb ass.

I personally can't stand MiMoo....and wish she were not performing...the song should be performed by a male, anyhow...as the original was!
