Madonna will be releasing another greatest hits album this year! This will be her first one since her 2001 GHV2, and this one is scheduled to come out in the fall.
Yesterday Madonna’s manager Guy O’Seary posted a message on his Twitter asking fans to write in song requests for the album.
He must have liked the response, because today he wrote, “Thank you to everyone that gave me their pick of song ideas for Madonna’s greatest hits.. I will pass along all your thoughts.”
And some even cooler news is that Madge will be adding new songs to the album as well. Her publicist Liz Rosenberg told People, “Madonna does have plans to go into the studio to record a few new songs for this album. We’re all very excited about it.”
This will be Madonna’s last album with her longtime label Warner Records. From here on out, if she’s to release any more albums, it will be with Live Nation.
