Lil Wayne Faces Lawsuit for Canceled Gig

Lil Wayne may be singing about money troubles soon because he's being sued for $1.3 million by a New York concert promoter after he failed to appear at a concert for a third consecutive time. Naughty boy!

The promoter claims that Lil Wayne has canceled three times in the last four months. He was given a $100,000 advance when he first agreed to the show. That's a lot of bling.

Edward Strickland, General Manager of RMF Productions - the promoter of the shows, has filed papers and is suing Lil' Wayne and his team for damages.
