Lil Wayne Postpones Tour Due to Illness

Lil Wayne is going to have some very disappointed fans in Europe!

According to BBC the rapper has postponed his upcoming European tour shows he was scheduled to play in the next ten days.

Lil Wayne was supposed to play seven dates, including the Roskilde Festival in Denmark, Paris, London, Amsterdam, Liege and Thurgau in Switzerland. According to the report, he was forced to cancel because of a “doctor-mandated rest.”

His rep issued a statement saying, "Lil Wayne extends an apology to his fans for the short notice of this postponement. But [he] looks forward to returning for the performances and visitation with his fans.”

Fans have been told to keep their tickets and wait for details on revised dates. Get better, Lil Weezy!
