Lil Kim Banned From Recording New Material

If you were hoping to hear some new stuff from singer Lil Kim anytime soon, don't bet on it.

Kim (real name Kimberly Jones) has been banned from recording any new material by a NY judge handling the case. This comes on the heels of a breach-of-contract lawsuit from her label, Brookland Media.

The good news is that the ruling is only temporary. Brookland claims that she backed out of a deal with them even after they forked over $200,000...

Last night Denzel Washington came out for the "American Gangster" movie premiere. Hollyscoop was on the red carpet and spoke to the Oscar winner about his thoughts on Hip Hop artists making cameos in films.
