Kylie Minogue is officially on U.S. soil! The Australian pop star kicked off her first-ever North American tour last night in Oakland, California.
She’s never done a U.S. tour before and has been in serious rehearsals for the past few weeks to perfect her performance. Kylie definitely didn’t disappoint--arriving onstage on top of a skull before singing her greatest hits, including Can't Get You Out Of My Head and Better The Devil You Know, for the screaming crowd.
Kylie donned a number of outfits, including a glamorous gold gown and a futuristic shimmeryleotard. Kylie seemed delighted to be back performing in front of her fans, and wrote on her Twitter: "Thank you to all who were at opening night and to my sensational team. It was amazing, unforgettable!!! yayYYYYYYY!!!!"
Kylie will perform nine shows across the U.S. and Canada, including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and New York later this month.
