Kelly Clarkson Debuts New Album at #1

March 18, 2009

Kelly Clarkson is back on top! Her new album, All I Ever Wanted, has debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200.

She’s been in the game for a while now, but this is only the second time one of her albums has debuted so high. All four of her albums have been in the top three though, so that’s a pretty impressive track record.

My Life Would Suck Without You has already had over a million downloads in the US, and has been dominating the charts for over two weeks. It went from the number 97 spot to the number 1 spot earlier this month, making it the biggest jump in chart history.

Kelly’s hitting the road this summer for a tour across the US. She plays Universal Studios in Orlando on March 28th, and then kicks off the real tour in Utah in June. Click for tour dates and ticket information. here
