Kate Moss is going from supermodel to musical artist. She’ll be doing it all with the help of her rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince, who is the guitarist for The Kills. To sweeten the deal, he even gave Kate a very expensive Steinway piano for her 35th birthday last Friday. Only problem is, Kate doesn’t know how to play it.
A source close to the couple said: “Kate can’t play a single note on the piano but Jamie has promised her that he will teach her to play and they’ll form a duo together. She has mentioned wanting to name it The Mossys for a laugh. It will be completely different music to his Kills stuff – something much more romantic and ballad-based. It’s all just a fun experiment at this stage.”
This isn’t the first time Kate has collaborated with a musically-inclined boyfriend. It wasn’t too long ago that she was dating Pete Doherty, and leant her vocals to a few Babyshambles songs. Maybe Kate has a new career ahead of her! We’d like to hear if she can sing in tune! It’s a lot different than just having to look hot for a living!
