Radio Stations Ban Kanye West

Kanye West
It happened to Chris Brown, and now Kanye West is feeling the backlash of his irrational decision during Sunday night’s VMAs. Because of Kanye’s completely childish behavior, radio stations around the country have begun pulling his music from their playlists.

Stations like KIIS 95.1 in Florida and KHOP 95.1 in Sacramento have already implemented the ban on West’s songs on their stations, and they’re leaving it up to their listeners to decide whether it will be lifted.

One station even conducted a poll, asking their audience: “After interrupting Taylor Swift at the MTV VMAs, we put a ban on Kanye West's music. Should the ban continue? Vote now!”

In Chris Brown’s case, more and more stations began banning him once the word got out that others were doing it. And we admit, it seems like a pretty fair punishment!

Kanye has had this coming for a while. The man thinks he’s way too important for his own good. Would you be in favor of a Kanye ban on the radio right now?

Kayne ain't nuthin' but a piece of trash. He really thinks he's the illest ever! Well 1st off, he's not even a rapper, that poor out-put of his cannot be classified as hip hop. It's like he puts out an album and is like okay! WHERES MY AWARD?! That sounds so corney: "AWARD WINNING RAPPER KANYE WEST!" Hip Hop should come from the street and the soul! On top of this, he's just a racist piece of trash that craves attention because he never got any when he was a kid. UWACKBOY. U shouldn't be allowed to make a record, or for that matter have your face shown in public!

Boycott all Kanya products, paint a red circle with line diagonally over all pictures,t-shirts,or any other products with hie likeness. No rotation on MTV which is really only for rap music now.Kanya is a RACIST.a ghetto promoter and not suitable for consumption.

Do I think Kanye is an idiot and a horrible human? Yes. Do I favor a Kanye ban from radio? No. I don't honestly care. But I don't think he should be banned from radio just because what he did.

i beleive he was extremely wrong and he really needs to know and feel what he was not able to accomplish. i guess he wanted to make himself big and bad but both women handled it with s much grace.

"twinsmomof4" - Chris Brown didn't just "make a mistake". That kind of rage and anger towards women doesn't just go away. He didn't just accidently slap her, he beat the crap out of her!

Definitly, he needs to learn that a huge ego is a very unattractive thing.

Taylor Swift handled herself graciously. Beyonce handed herself remarkably. "Live your life so that your children can tell their children that you not only stood for something wonderful-you acted on it quote by Dan Zadra ----------------------------- Well done ladies!

Absolutely! There should be a ban on every radio station. I'm sure it won't happen like that. But just apologizing and looking sypathetic and distraught on Leno isn't going to do it. People need to show him he can't act like that. I was never a huge fan, but now his music just makes me ill.

Chris Browns music has always been clean. People make mistakes. You learn from them and you grow from them. The day will come where radio stations no longer control what we choose to listen to. Already available --you can purchase devices that allow you to listen to your IPOD or MP3 through your radio with music you want to hear in your car. Americans choose. Not radio stations. Kanye has work to do. Lyrics are not appropriate for children. Even some of Nickelbacks lyrics are inappropriate (1)Consider an audience all age appropriate.
