If you happened to miss the 2008 Grammy Awards last night, the night basically belonged to Amy Winehouse and
Kanye West.
Kanye gave an emotional performance of "Hey Mama" in honor of his late Mother, Donda, who died last November after complications from plastic surgery.
By the end of the performance, his eyes were full of tears and the audience gave him a standing ovation.
"I appreciate all the words of support, appreciate all the prayers," West told the audience.
Before leaving the stage, the said:
"I know you're really proud of me right now, and I know you wouldn't want me to stop ... and mama, all I want to do is keep making you proud."
