Kanye West has finally gotten around to doing a video for the song
Amazing, featuring Young Jeezy, off his album 808s & Heartbreak.
The video is beautifully shot, featuring more shots of nature than Kanye close-ups. Kanye did Amazing in Hawaii, where he says he finds “serenity.”
He tells
106 & Park he liked getting away to the islands for a few days to make the video. Kanye says, “Nobody could just pop up at the studio that you don’t want to pop up at the studio. That’s what happens when you get too hot, there’s too many people calling you all the time and stuff, you know. I could just turn by BlackBerry off for like a few days.”
Kanye still has his ego, that’s for sure! Check out the video for Amazing below.
