The Jonas Brothers aren’t only household names in the U.S. They’ve got plenty of fans in Canada, which is why our neighbors up north picked the trio as the hosts of this year’s Much Music Awards.

Talk about bragging rights! Coldplay had the best selling album in the world in 2008.

The album sold 6.8 million copies worldwide according to the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI), which represents the recording industry across the globe.

The album won three awards at the 2009 Grammy Awards: Best Rock Album as well as Song Of The Year and Best Pop Performance by a Duo/Group for the song Viva La Vida.

The Jonas Brothers and Stevie Wonder definitely brought some liveliness to the Grammy's stage tonight.

It was great to see a legend on stage with the newcomers.

They sang their hit song “Burnin’ Up” with Stevie Wonder and also Stevie’s classic, “Superstition.”
