John Mayer is a Debbie Downer! We've gone to great lengths not to talk smack about Johnny but he's taken it too far with his latest comment. He says he doesn't like Guitar Hero! First of all, how is that even possible. He dogs the amazing game, saying it's nothing like the real thing. Well….duh!
"Guitar Hero was devised to bring the guitar-playing experience to the masses without them having to put anything into it. And having done both, there's nothing like really playing guitar. I mean, what would you rather drive, a Ferrari or one of those amusement-park cars on a track?"
We don't think Guitar Hero was ever intended to compete with a Fender, John. It's simply a way to keep drunk people at parties entertained while giving them an ego boost at the same time!
