Jay Z
Jay-Z proved that taking a few years off can be a good thing. His new album, The Blueprint 3, just took the top spot on the new Billboard 200 after selling 476,000 copies.

He broke his tie with Elvis Presley for the most No. 1 albums of any solo artist. The only person or band with more chart-toppers to its name is the Beatles, who have 19 No. 1s on Billboard’s albums chart over the years.

The rapper also has the second-most No. 1 albums among all acts, beat only by the Beatles. Those are some bragging rights!
