We all love the song, and now there’s a music video to go along with
Flo Rida’s hit Right Round. Many think the girl vocals on the sound are Katy Perry, but they’re actually by an artist named Kesha.
The song is obviously sampled and remixed from the 80s classic You Spin Me Round by Dead or Alive. It’s pissed a lot of people off that rappers constantly take their melodies from existing songs, but we love the modern twist on this.
What could do without is the video. It doesn’t make much sense, and just features Flo Rida dancing around and singing against a green screen. We would have been patient for him to shoot a real video! And he needs to put his shirt back on. But like we said, we’ll forgive him because we love the song.
