It’s like Coldplay and Joe Satriani all over again! Fergie and will.i.am are being sued. A company called Grounded Music claims that the Dutchess’ song “Voodoo Doll” is actually a rip off!

The music group Groundation recorded a song called “Each One Teach One” in 2000, and they believe Fergie stole from it and made it into her 2006 hit song.

It's round II for the Black Eyed Peas and Perez Hilton. But this time instead of throwing punches, the band is facing a lawsuit for allegedly plagiarizing another bands songs.

The band is reportedly facing legal action over their track Party All the Time, which appears in their new album 'The End' because it bares a very strong resemblance to Adam Freeland's record 'Mancry'.

The Black Eyed Peas are on a roll! They just released the video for Boom Boom Pow, and have just released yet another one! This video is for their song I Got A Feeling.

This song is much more toned down by Peas’ standard, but still maintains that feel-good vibe that the group is all about. It’s a definite party anthem, and although it’s Monday, gets us excited for the weekend.

The Black Eyed Peas are coming to Target! Well, their new album is anyway…The Grammy-winning group has just partnered up with Target to debut their new album called The E.N.D., which stands for “The Energy Never Dies.”

Beginning June 9th, a deluxe version of The E.N.D. will be available only at Target stores, featuring four exclusive songs, six exclusive remixed hits, and exclusive video content. Talk about exclusive!!!

The Black Eyed Peas have just debuted their music video for Boom Boom Pow, which we’ve already deemed one of summer ‘09’s anthems.

It looks like the Peas took notes from Kanye for the production on this video! It’s very new age, and uses a lot of really cool effects. Out favorite has to be Fergie’s Princess Leia-inspired hair piece!

Fergie announced this morning that she'll be traveling to Dubai to play a concert on November 14th.

The show will be Fergie's first live solo performance in Dubai where she is scheduled to perform songs from her debut solo album The Dutchess.

She says, "I'm so excited about sharing my music and performing live for my fans in Dubai. I love interacting with the audience and I can't wait to get back on stage doing what I do best."
