Emma Watson’s movie career is taking a strange turn! She’s set to collaborate with
Marilyn Manson on her next project.
According to
The Sun, Emma has been cast as Cinderella in a goth musical version of the fairytale.
Emma will play the princess whose fairy godmother sends her to the ball. This is Emma’s first appearance in a film outside of the Harry Potter franchise.
Emma has always focused on her studies when not shooting, while her co-stars have always passed the time with theater and film work.
Marilyn Manson will produce the untitled project, which is still in pre-production at this point. Since it’s a musical genre, we wonder if Emma will be required to sing for her part!
