DMX Pleads Not Guilty

DMX went to court yesterday in Phoenix and pleaded not guilty to two felony theft charges.

Then he proceeded to rap for reporters who were stationed outside the courthouse, saying, "If and when you ever fall down, get back up…Drop something, stop fretting, pick that … back up, stand for something or fall for everything, wait for the right pitch or miss with every swing."

He seems like a total nut job, but his label is sticking by his side. President of Bodog Peter Karroll says, "We wouldn't work with DMX period if we didn't believe he was just a victim of circumstance. The sheriff in Phoenix is definitely targeting him. It's unbelievable."

Well at least DMX has someone on his side! He'll face even more charges on drug possession and cruelty to animals in Phoenix in court on August 12th.
