We were wondering what Christina Milian was up to lately, and how she was going to work in a comeback for her next album. And it seems she's figured out just the way to do so. She's just signed a deal with Myspace's new label. Yes! They now have a record label apparently. She was dropped by Def Jam back in 2006 due to poor sales of her third album, but this might give her just the opportunity to get back on top!
Christina tells Billboard, "I've been out of the game for one and a half years, and I think I'm long overdue for a comeback, so I'm treating this album like it's my last chance to make an impression. I'm competing with myself and being very detailed. Before, I had a label telling me what direction to go in. Now, it's my choice, so I'm being very particular about it and I'm really excited."
What do you think of the concept of making her comeback via Myspace? Can it work?
