Madonna and
Britney Spears sharing the stage together is sure to get the crowd going.
As Hollyscoop reported last week, the Material girl will be joining Brit on a couple of dates on her Circus tour. It’s Madonna’s way of repaying Brit for singing with her during her Sticky & Sweet tour last year.
In Touch reported new details on what we can expect from the performance. When Britney returns to New York to perform on March 23rd, she and Madonna will combine two of their songs, making it a mash-up.
Britney’s stylist David Alexander says, “She’ll be singing with Madonna in New York. It will be Get Together and Trouble. So, together the song is called Lose Control.”
We love the idea of a mash-up! It’ll be great to see Brit and Madonna combine two of their hits, and we’re sure it’ll be a big crowd-pleaser!
In addition, David told the mag that Madge may be joining Brit for her LA shows on April 16th and 17th. Now that’s what we like to hear!! He says, “It’s supposed to be a surprise!”
Well, guess he let the cat out of the bag! Nothing is a surprise for too long in Hollywood these days. This is one rumor we’re keeping our fingers crossed for to be true!
UPDATE: BritneySpears.com reports that Britney has no plans to collaborate with anyone in the near future at any of her upcoming performances.
