Britney Spears is on a roll! She's still on tour for her Circus album and we just got word that she's going to release another album as soon as 2010.

According to her record label Jive, Britney is working towards a May release for her seventh studio album.

She’s also said to be working with songwriter Sean Garrett along with Max Martin.

Britney Spears is a little offended over Australian officials accusing her of lip synching before she even played a single show down under!

Brit arrived to the country on Friday to play 14 shows in Australia, and the Minister for Fair Trading for New South Wales immediately addressed her lip-synching. They even threatened to put disclaimers on tickets to let fans know what they were in for.

3 is the new number one! Britney Spears’ latest single “3” will debut at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 tomorrow, making her the first artist in three years to accomplish that feat.

The song is included on Britney’s upcoming album The Singles Collection, due out on November 24th, and had 255,000 downloads in its first week of release.

Britney Spears' 7 month run with the 'Circus' has come to an end. Brit put on her final performance of her tour in Las Vegas Sunday night at Mandalay Bay resort.

"Hey Vegas, how y'all feeling?" she asked the crowd. It was the only time she spoke during the 90-minute show.

Britney's pal Lance Bass showed up to watch her final performance, and got a special thank you from the pop princess--a lap dance during "Breathe on Me."
