It's round II for the
Black Eyed Peas and Perez Hilton.
But this time instead of throwing punches, the band is facing a lawsuit for allegedly plagiarizing another bands songs.
The band is reportedly facing legal action over their track
Party All the Time, which appears in their new album 'The End' because it bares a very strong resemblance to Adam Freeland's record 'Mancry'.
Perez Hilton says: "The music apparently is a stolen sample of the song 'Mancry' from the act Freeland. According to reports, Black Eyed Peas member and producer will.i.am was at an event last year where Freeland performed this song in question."
Perez will do just about anything to either harm or annoy
Will.i.am at this point. He's helping Adam Freeland launch the lawsuit against the band after he had a public fallout with the band last month.
We're sure the BEP's power attorneys will get this taken care of in no time, but by the time it settles, Perez may have another trick up his sleeve...or another lawsuit.
