Ben Folds Five fans, listen up! They're reuniting! The gang is coming together for a performance in order to raise money for Operation Smile. They'll play their last album together, which was from way back in the day in 1999, called The Unauthorized Biography of Reinhold Messner.
The show is a part of the Myspace Front To Back series, which will have bands playing their albums the whole way through.
Ben says, "Of our three albums, this one brings back the most vivid memories. It was actually written to be one song of many movements, which is why there are motifs that appear throughout the album. That should make Reinhold a natural to be played front to back."
Mr. Folds has a lot on his plate right now. As BFF fans know, he's had a solo career for the past few years, and his new album, Way To Normal, is set to be released September 30th.
