Amy Winehouse is taking so long to come out with a new album, that her dad Mitch Winehouse might beat her to the punch. Guess his days of driving a cab are over!
According to
The Sun, Mitch is prepping to do an album of retro swing music. He told the tabloid, "It's a Sinatra-ish album. There will be six covers of Sinatra.”
Mitch seems to believe his famous daughter got her singing chops from him. "We were always singing in the house,” he said.
Apparently Mitch has been seriously bitten by the showbiz bug. He’s also reportedly doing a show called Showbiz Rant, where he interviews celebrities as he drive them around in his taxi. Also, it's rumored he'll appear in the upcoming series of the UK's I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!
