Amy Winehouse Told To Cover Tattoos

Amy Winehouse performed at the Grammy’s via satellite but that didn’t stop event organizers to tell her to cover up her tattoo for the performance.

Apparently, the event organizers had Amy cover up the tattoo of a topless woman for her performance because they thought it was inappropriate.

They did it because they thought it was too racy for an American prime-time audience.

Isn’t that weird? I'm surprised she actually did cover up. But I have to admit, what she did was clever. She filled in the two nipples with black eyeliner.

I dont get the USA - you can carry a lethal weapon in your pocket - a gun- but amy, a woman, has to cover up a tatoo of a naked woman. Whats up with these prudish yanks, come on USA, grow up.

The government put tattoos and piercings into the mainstream via legalizing body art in all states so they can collect high license fees from we who have studios. So I guess the public best get over it.
