The record deals keep coming in for the
American Idol alums! Winner Kris Allen announced his news earlier this week, followed by Adam Lambert. And now, skipping over Danny Gokey, who was the third-to-last contestant,
Allison Iraheta has signed her own deal.
The mini Janis Joplin has inked a deal with 19 Recordings and her debut album will come out in the fall, just like Kris and Adam’s.
Reacting to the news, Allison said, "I think I'm still in shock that this is happening — getting to record my first album and this whole awesome experience is a dream come true!"
As for Danny Gokey’s future in music? A rep said in a statement today, “There’s nothing to report just yet.”
