Wyclef and Akon Lend A Hand In Haiti

Wyclef and Akon contributed to the 1st annual Yele Festival in Haiti over the weekend. The event was the brainchild of the two recording artists and manager Jimmy "Henchman" Rosemond.

The artists performed for two days, saying that music can change the world. The trio are still awaiting final numbers as far as the size of the crowd and donations, which will go toward retaining counsel for inmates at Haiti's children's prisons and helping rebuild and provide supplies to schools damaged...

Akon Pleads Not Guilty

Hip hop artist Akon is pleading not guilty to minor criminal charges after being accused of tossing a teenage fan off the stage during a concert in upstate New York earlier this year. And now a woman is telling the media she suffered a concussion when struck by the young fan.
