50 Cent is looking to turn his upcoming album, Before I Self Destruct, into a biopic which he'll direct and produce. Ispired by his acting role opposite Al Pacino and Robert De Niro in Righteous Kill, the In Da Club hitmaker will turn his life story into a gritty new film, which will be released to coincide with his new album in December.
50 says, "When movies portray certain lifestyles they show cause and effect, but I showed characters under pressure in scenarios where they felt like there were no other options, even though there were."
50 also plans to write and record the
soundtrack
for the film.
