Spice Girl Melanie Brown has been getting a lot of press lately for her personal life, mostly because every time something happens she speed-dials the press herself.
Now Scary Spice is making headlines after she secretly married her boyfriend, music producer Stephen Belafonte, in Las Vegas on June 6th. I'm surprised she didn't invite the press to her wedding, and actually kept this a secret.
In a statement to People Magazine, Brown's rep said: "Regarding the marriage, Mel and Stephen have know each other for many years and were great friends first. Now they are deeply in love. The two are very happy together."
The couple first got together when Mel B was pregnant. "He was a really good friend and good support to me during my pregnancy," she told People. "He's a really sweet guy."
I'm sure they'll be very happy together with all the $$$ that she's going to force Eddie Murphy to pay her a month. That's Hollywood for ya!
