Oscar Winner Hilary Swank along with her hottie costar Patrick “McDreamy” Dempsey were on hand for the “Freedom Writers” movie premiere last night in Los Angeles.

The intense movie is about a young teacher (Swank) that inspires her class of at-risk students to learn tolerance, apply themselves, and pursue education beyond high school. The plot kinda reminds me of Michelle Pfeiffer’s “Dangerous Minds” movie.
